Dad's Army

 

Dad's Army is a touching sitcom based around a rather inept bunch of Walmington-on-Sea men who form the home guard. They are led by the pompous Captain Mainwaring and each of them has a very distinct personality: the effete Sergeant Wilson, the doddery but keen Corporal Jones, the even more doddery but very nice Godfrey, the wheeler-dealer Walker, the doom and gloom merchant Frazer, and the 'stupid boy' Pike.
