Porridge

 

Ronnie Barker was in top-class form as Norman Stanley Fletcher, the criminal who knows his way around the prison system.

Fletcher shares a cell with first-time offender Lennie Godber played by Richard Beckinsale.

Whilst the other prisoners are interesting characters a lot of the joy of Porridge is seeing 'Fletch' deal with the tough Mr Mackay and the softy Mr Barrowclough.
